Digital Art

I started my journey as an artist in Middle School, where I was given the typical choice: Choir, Band, or Orchestra… I spent a year playing the trumpet, then decided I wasn’t destined to be a musician. The following year, knowing I enjoyed art more than any other class, I put all my eggs in that basket. By junior high, I was taking additional art classes, and by senior high I was involved in graphic design and the advanced placement art program. Nearing the end of 2018 I made the switch to the digital medium, setting my life back on track to making art my trade. I’ve gotten many opportunities to create art for people over the last few years. I’ve created logos, made prints on shirts, and sold commissions to many clients. I love what I do and I take every opportunity I can to get better at it.

“Art is never finished, only abandoned.”

- LEONARDO DA VINCI

One of my favorite things to do as a digital artist is to take an image and do a painting study. It allows me to take the time to look at and determine how I’m going to simplify, render, and understand the shape of shapes and touch of textures in our world.
